Down Home Cooking Meal Plan

Sometimes you just gotta have the comfort foods. You know, that down home style of cooking that leaves you feeling full, happy, and a little bit nostalgic. No matter where you live, there are comfort foods that are warm and filling and happy to be home.

When I think of down home cooking, I think of my grandma on the farm. Her homemade rolls rising, fresh corn on the cob boiling in the pot, and her homemade vinegar dressing for the salad. Something about how she cooked food just made you feel good.

You can replicate that feeling in your own kitchen! Here is a week-long down home cooking meal plan for you to try.
