6 Ridiculously Easy Chicken Dinners

Things at my house are hectic to say the least. Between my work-from-home career, my husband’s job, homeschooling three kids, and still finding a few minutes to keep house and spend time together, I tend to plan for dinners that require very little time to cook and even less time in the kitchen.

I found some supremely easy and appealing chicken dinners on Remember Stuff's recipe search that look delicious and super speedy.

Most of the ingredients are fairly common kitchen staples, so fitting these recipes into your meal plan will be a breeze!

If you love Mexican inspired cuisine, you have got to try this chicken and bean skillet for dinner tonight!

This chicken and bean skillet only takes 20 minutes to throw together and uses only seven ingredients. Not everyone has the same pantry staples, but all of these things are in my pantry and fridge at any given time, making it an ideal Wild Card meal.

It also comes together in one skillet, making clean up a breeze! I think I might omit the Mexi-corn and use a can of hominy and a can of green chiles instead, and I’d definitely add a little cumin.

Cumin is my go-to secret ingredient in nearly everything I make. Thank goodness my family loves it! Wrap this chicken and bean dish up in flour tortillas and top with salsa.
